AU3152 - MP3 / WMA Player with USB 2.0 Flash Disk Controller

The AU3152 is an SOC solution designed to address the needs of MP3 / WMA Digital Audio Player using NAND flash.

Featuring USB 2.0 Engine, flash disk, MP3 / WMA Decode Engine, 16-bit Audio DAC, LED, and GPIO inside. The built-in regulator and battery monitor make AU3152 an ideal solution for building low cost Digital Audio Players. In addition to the low cost characteristics, low power consumption and high performance are two other innate features of AU3152.

Crafted with smart ingenuity of system architecture and firmware design, the product using AU3152 could also be treated as a USB 2.0 flash disk with good flash read/write performance. As a flash disk, it supports SLC (Single-Level Cell) and MLC (Multi-Level Cell) NAND and AG-AND with multiple dies data flashes. Its high-speed read and write access performance enable users to transfer data and music files efficiently. ISP (In-System Programming) technologies allow manufacturers to build MP3 products supporting wide range of flash and developing promotional units with auto-run function.
